## **PROBLEMS**

**What are the problems that we have identified?**

* Many scams
* Bored and tedious games and no real gameplay.
* Uncertain economies:
  * Tokens tending to zero
  * Piramidal models
  * Whales
  * Bots
* Teams without experience or training at all.

## **SOLUTIONS**

To avoid these problems, we will follow **the options program:**

* We chose a game model that already exists, which is fun and successful, we improve it and adapt it to the P2E system. Since this gaming model has already been successfully tested, it allows us to focus on the best business model for players.
* We use the economic model of the online poker platforms, in order to create a similar model for our project and ensure the success of it.
* We want to avoid pyramidal models and bring as much originality as possible. Hence, in addition to the investments of players, we provide other **external sources of incomes to the player´s money:**
  * Video advertising.
  * Non-invasive advertising.
  * NFT Branding.
  * Sponsors for Events.
  * Affiliate marketing.
* Our team is 100% public. We show our faces and names.
* One of our partners is the CEO of a video game developer (Frame Over), with more than 15 years of proven experience.
* We have an economist as a team partner, with experience in P2E games, traditional investments, cryptocurrency investments, teaching, and more. On his YouTube channel, he detected and anticipated many of the failures of current projects, and proposed options to solve those problems. The suggestions have been taken as the priority of Son Soccer´s tokenomics.
* We have hired a recognized and public company (MIT Software) that is in charge of the blockchain section. Therefore, we assure that all the contract's coding is optimal avoiding related failures.
* The long-term goal is not to charge players fee, because the company is founded with the goal of bein sustainable, based on the 4 concepts mentioned in the previous point (external sources of income).
* We will share our advertising revenue with all our players.
* We are going to take 25% of our commissions out to circulation.
* We are special team, dedicated to potential our marketing and sales strategies, so the revenues can be increases and let us do our non-commission plan.
* You will be able to grow with us. The SG NFTs Collection is for those investors who trust the Sonergy Games team and business model. Our intention is to be able to share with the holders the benefits of the company. These are the characteristics of our NFTs:
  * It gives you the option to receive stablecoins when the company decides to share part of the profits.
  * If the company is sold, we will share part of the income obtained with the holders.
  * We will prioritize you in raffles, presales Whitelists...
  * Special non-monetary benefits such as NFT or merchandising.
  * If you no longer wish to hold, renouncing to its benefits, you can put it up for sale on any BSC NFT market.
* We are going to take the competition to another level by broadcasting tournaments live on YouTube and Twitch so eneryone will be able to watch who is the best!
* We will offer tournaments with guaranteed prizes.
